Blue Potato Chips

Continuing with our blue theme...
Blue Potato Chips

OK. Get some more of those nice
blue potatoes from the farmer's market.
Slice paper thin with a mandoline.

Soak in ice water for a little while.

Dry on paper towels.

Deep fry till nice and crispy.

And there you go.

Don't forget to salt them nicely.
